At Dómes Winery, we take great pride in the quality of our wines and the service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or refund:
Due to the nature of our product, we generally do not accept returns of wine. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Clear photos of any damage or incorrect items may be required.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Wines that have been opened or consumed.
- Orders placed in error without notifying us within 24 hours.
- Tasting experiences, tours, or event bookings canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
Events & Experiences
For winery visits, tastings, and events:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
