Dómes Sergiou Winery is built on a simple idea: that wine is more than what’s in the bottle—it’s about the experiences and connections it fosters. Inspired by the rhythms of slow living and intentionality, Dómes is not just a winery—it’s a space to come together, to unwind, to enjoy, and to deepen a sense of community.

Purchased the far
Acquired farmland in Lefkara; began our first cultivations
2010
First Vineyards planted
In Lefkara, on 3 hectares of farmland

First production
Started experimenting with different blends in the family’s private cellar

Expansion of Vineyards
Planted 4 ha of additional vines in, Stroumbi village, Pafos region

First commercial bottling
Created labels and bottled first market-ready wines

Building our Vision, Sustainably
Our wines are guided by a focus on quality, balance, and depth—distinctive, yet approachable. The same mindset shaped the winery itself. Running on solar power and built with reclaimed stone, it features local artists and designers, reflecting the spirit of the island and the people who call it home. We’re gradually converting our vineyards to organic cultivation and aim to work closely with our village—supporting local projects and embracing a holistic approach that respects both people and place.

The people behind the vision
The original team (the OG’s) of Dómes
This vision was brought to life by Sergio and Panos Sergiou—a father-and-son team. Sergio is a surgeon with decades of agricultural experience. Panos is an engineer with a deep commitment to sustainability. What began as a shared connection to the land became something more: a modern winery shaped by authenticity, curiosity, and care.
